Vehicle customization
Drive side, emission standard, chassis brand and body equipment settled in writing before production opens.
Customization here means specification rather than decoration. The decisions that change the vehicle are the drive side, the emission level, the chassis brand, the body equipment and the control layout, and all of them are fixed before the build starts.
We ask what the vehicle has to do and in which country, then propose a specification against that rather than offering a catalogue model and adjusting it afterwards. Where a request would cause a registration or service problem at destination, we say so at that point rather than building it as asked.

Sourcing and inspection
Customers are invited to inspect production at the factory, and where a visit is not practical we send photographs and video and accept third-party inspection.
Export and shipping
FOB or CIF terms, Ro-Ro or container as the vehicle and destination port require, with the export document set the destination customs office will ask for.
After sales and parts
Support does not stop at the port: our team has travelled to customers, including a service visit to South Africa, to support equipment already in daily fleet service.
