MOQ Lead Time and Payment How a Custom Metal Order Actually Runs

The four steps Senchoy works to, with the numbers attached, so you can plan a launch date rather than guess at one.

Step 1 Get a Quote

Find the products you want and send an enquiry. We get back to you within 24 hours. For a custom design, attach your enquiry details or a simple sketch and tell us what you want. Once your details are confirmed, wait less than two hours and we will send the graphic proof and quotation for approval.

Step 2 Payment

Terms are 30% deposit with the balance before delivery. We email a proforma invoice which can be paid by T/T, Western Union or PayPal.

Step 3 Production and Packing

We run a strict quality control system and products are inspected at every process, so defective products are not delivered to customers. Each product is packed in poly bag or gift bag as specified, then packed into strong carton boxes.

Step 4 Delivery Time

About 10 days for custom designs, and around two weeks for production based on roughly 1,000 pieces, depending on your order quantity. Small parcels ship by express. Cargo over 100kg ships by freight.

What This Means for Your Launch Date

For a new custom product, plan on roughly 10 days of design and tooling plus about two weeks of production, then freight time. For a repeat order on existing tooling, the design step drops out. If you are working to a seasonal deadline such as Hanukkah or Christmas, count backwards from the shelf date including freight, and place the order with that margin.
