Tooling
Mold quality sets the ceiling on every piece that comes out of it.
24 precision engraving machines cut molds in house, which keeps both the schedule and the detail under our control.
Casting
Thin sections, undercuts and fine relief are where inconsistent casting shows up as flash, pitting and short fills.
12 automated machines between 88 and 160 tons matched to the part, running to approximately 2 million pieces per month.
Deburring and Polishing
Flash and tool marks left in place are magnified, not hidden, by plating.
A dedicated polishing plant delivers a smooth, pit-free surface before anything reaches the plating line.
Verification
Dimensional drift between batches is what breaks assemblies and fits.
Pieces are inspected at every process step against an approved master sample rather than only at final pack.

3 high-speed UV printing machines deliver vivid, full-colour designs that enamel cannot reproduce, with epoxy doming available to protect the artwork.

A strict quality control line ensures every product is meticulously inspected at every process, so defective products are not delivered to customers.

10 auto packing lines ensure efficient and consistent product readiness, in poly bag or gift bag and then into strong carton boxes.
