Mold engraving, die casting, polishing, plating, enamelling, UV printing, inspection and packing all run inside our own 10,000 square metre facility.
Advanced Mold Engraving
With 24 sets of precision engraving machines, we develop molds quickly and with exceptional accuracy. Tooling stays in house, which keeps both the schedule and the detail under our control.
High Volume Die Casting
12 automated die-casting machines from 88 to 160 tons, with a monthly production capacity of approximately 2 million pieces.
Flawless Polishing
Our dedicated polishing plant delivers a perfectly smooth, pit-free surface on every product. This is the step that decides how the plating above it will look.
Expert Plating
Skilled workers apply various surface treatments, including galvanic finishing, so die-cast parts are passivated and exceptionally durable for daily use.
Efficient Enamelling
8 dedicated machines guarantee fast and high-quality enamel finishes, with colour matched against an approved master sample.
Vibrant UV Printing
3 high-speed UV printing machines deliver vivid, full-colour designs that enamel cannot reproduce, with epoxy doming available to protect the artwork.
Guaranteed Quality
A strict quality control line ensures every product is meticulously inspected at every process, so defective products are not delivered to customers.
Automated Packaging
10 auto packing lines ensure efficient and consistent product readiness, in poly bag or gift bag and then into strong carton boxes.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Low minimum order quantities apply on existing designs. Custom tooled designs generally start at 1,000 pieces. Send your list and quantities and we will confirm.
How quickly do you quote?
We answer enquiries within 24 hours. Once your details are confirmed, we usually send a graphic proof and quotation within two hours.
How long does production take?
About 10 days for custom design work, and around two weeks of production for roughly 1,000 pieces, depending on your order quantity.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit with the balance before delivery. We email a proforma invoice which can be paid by T/T, Western Union or PayPal.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO9001 and SEDEX 4P.

Yes. We cut our own molds with 24 precision engraving machines. Email us a picture or a simple sketch with your desired quantity and we will come back with a proof and price.
