Sizes, shapes, materials, threads and printing — all controlled in house.
Since 2005 we have used advanced techniques, such as mathematical methods, to control the selection of sizes, shapes, materials of high quality, threads and printings.
What we check
The same points are checked whichever range the order comes from.
Size and shape
Finished dimensions are checked against the specification on the product page — unfolded and folded size on the cushions, length and diameter on the windsocks, sail size on the kites.
Materials
Fabric, foam and frame material are selected to the specification: polyester, nylon or PE sails on glassfibre rod, polyester over PE foam on the cushions, waterproof polyester on the covers and aprons.
Threads and stitching
Seams and hems are inspected on the line, which is where most of the durability of a sewn product is decided.
Printing
Printed artwork is checked for register and color against the approved sample before the run is packed.

Do you have third-party test reports?
Yes — EN71 reports from Intertek and from SGS, plus cadmium and phthalate test reports. They are shown on the test reports page.
Can we approve a sample before production?
Yes. Email with the item code and your artwork to arrange a sample.
