Printing and Customization
Four printing methods, more than 150 fabric colors, and custom sizes across the range.
Silk-screen printing
Our most used method, and the one behind most of the kites, cushions, saddle covers and aprons in the catalogue. It suits spot-color logos and flat graphics on polyester and nylon.
Heat-transfer printing
Used where the artwork is full color or has fine detail — several of the foldable frisbees, the butterfly kite and many of the stadium cushions are heat-transfer printed.
Digital printing
Available on the bicycle saddle covers and the aprons, which makes photographic and multi-color designs practical on those items.
Offset printing
Used on the PE-sail diamond kites, where the sail material takes offset rather than screen printing.
Artwork sewn instead of printed
On the pentagonal kite the design is not printed at all — the artwork is sewn out of colored fabric panels, so the color goes right through the sail. The windsocks are made the same way, with panels cut and sewn to your colors.
More than 150 colors
We are inside the Shaoxing textile cluster, so fabric is local. For every product in the catalogue we can supply more than 150 colors, whatever the quantity you are ordering.
The swatches above are only an illustration of the range. Send us a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we will match against what is available.
Custom sizes and short runs
- Bicycle saddle covers and aprons are made at a standard size or to a custom size, and small quantity orders are acceptable on both.
- Stadium cushions can be made to a customised size and logo, in different colors.
- Kites, frisbees, eye masks and windsocks all take customised designs and colors.
- Packing can be specified with the product — carrying bags, fabric or PVC bags, small pouches, and paper cards are all used in the current range.
Questions about customization
Which printing method will you use for our logo?
It depends on the artwork and the item. Spot-color logos are silk-screen printed, full-color artwork is heat-transfer printed, photographic designs on saddle covers and aprons are digitally printed, and PE kite sails are offset printed. Send us the artwork and we will confirm.
What artwork should we send?
Email vector artwork where you have it, together with the item code and the quantity, to . If you only have a photograph or a printed sample we can work from that too.
Can you match our brand color?
More than 150 colors are available on every product at any quantity. Send us the reference and we will confirm the closest match.
Can we order a custom size?
Yes. Custom sizes are welcome across the range, and the saddle covers, aprons and stadium cushions are routinely made to customer sizes.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Small quantity orders are acceptable on the bicycle saddle covers and the aprons. For other items email us with the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you what is workable.
