How It Is Done, Step By Step
Pick the packed reference
Start from a product already packed for retail - the colour box and blister strip kits, the sensor bulb carton, the boxed torches - rather than asking for a bare component to be boxed from scratch.
Send artwork against the existing die line
The existing printed packaging gives the die line and the print area. Your artwork replaces the Chiclits print; barcodes and market text are placed at the same time.
Confirm the market text
CE and RoHS marking, language, and any local market wording are settled before print, because a reprint after production is the expensive mistake.
Sample, then production
A packed sample is approved before the print run. That approval is the reference point if anything arrives different.
