How to specify a dairy or juice line
Start from product and throughput, then choose contact steel and the unit machines HighTEK already builds.
A line enquiry is useful when it names the product you pack, the throughput you need, and the container that leaves the plant. HighTEK designs, manufactures, installs and commissions complete dairy, fruit juice, beverage and beer brewing lines — the unit machines on this site are the building blocks of those lines.
The FAQ states the smallest customized capacity is about 1,000 L/H. Capacity above that is project-specific. Do not send a generic “quote the catalog”; send the duty.
A practical sequence
- Name the product: drinking milk, yogurt, juice, puree, concentrate, soft drink or beer.
- Name the throughput in L/H, T/H or bottles per hour.
- Choose product-contact steel: SUS304 or SUS316L. The buyer chooses; HighTEK inspects the stainless it uses.
- Map the process onto machines that already exist in this catalog — receiving and weighing tanks, separator, homogenizer, plate or yogurt pasteurizer, tubular or tube-in-tube UHT, fermentation or aseptic tank, then the filler that matches the pack (PET, glass, can, cup, pouch or aseptic bag), then label, film wrap, carton and palletizer if the project includes pack-off.
- Close the hygienic loop with a CIP system and return pump.
Lead time from the FAQ: a single machine is about 45–60 days; special equipment 90 days; a whole line at least 90 days. Warranty is 12 months after installation and commissioning.
