Lead time, packing and warranty
The six commercial facts HighTEK publishes: lead time, steel, packing, smallest capacity, warranty and how to order.
These figures come from the published FAQ. They are the commercial terms on the current site — not estimates.
- Lead time. Single machine about 45 to 60 days. Special equipment 90 days. Whole-line project at least 90 days.
- Material. Food-sanitary SUS304 or SUS316 stainless, buyer’s choice. The factory inspects the steel it uses.
- Packing. Depends on the equipment and the order quantity. A single machine with an electrical control cabinet is better packed in the standard export wooden case.
- Smallest capacity. Equipment is customized. The smallest capacity published is about 1,000 L/H.
- Warranty. 12 months after installation and commissioning.
