How it is handled. Send artwork or a live sample. We work from what you already use rather than a description.
- Counter sample
Problem. Bulk starts before anyone has held the tag.
How it is handled. A counter sample is made from your sample so board, colour, foil and size are agreed first.
- Colour
Problem. Screen colour and printed colour do not match.
How it is handled. Colour is matched from your live sample or a Pantone reference and confirmed on the counter sample.
- Attachment
Problem. Tag, string and seal arrive separately and the line waits.
How it is handled. Tag, string, seal and fastener are quoted and shipped as one attachment set.
- Production
Problem. Variants get mixed in bulk packing.
How it is handled. Sizes, barcodes and colourways are split and labelled by variant.
- Inspection
Problem. Defects are found by the buyer rather than by the supplier.
How it is handled. The in house inspection team checks against the approved counter sample before dispatch.
