How is the price decided?
Price is negotiable and moves with quantity and packing. When you ask for a quote, tell us the quantity you need and how you want the goods packed.
Do you charge for samples?
Samples are free. Air freight is either collect on your courier account or paid to us in advance.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. For products held in stock the quantity can be in the thousands of pieces. For custom production the minimum is quoted with the price, so include your target quantity when you ask.
Do you accept OEM and custom logos?
Yes. Send your own design and logo. New moulds can be opened and logos printed or embossed. Custom material, custom logo and custom colours are all possible.
How long does production take?
Seal tags are usually finished in about 5 to 7 days. Other items depend on quantity and print method, so a schedule is confirmed with the quotation.
