Case Specification

  • 2 mm aluminum wall — The case walls are 2 mm thick aluminum, riveted with stainless steel.
  • 3 mm aluminum bottom — The floor of the case steps up to 3 mm — the panel that takes the abuse on a drop.

How much do the panniers hold+–
Capacity depends on the set. Brooks pannier sets are listed with the left and right volumes separately, commonly 35, 37, 38 and 41 litres, because the exhaust side case is usually the smaller one.
Anodized aluminum or powder coated black+–
Both are offered on most fitments and the construction is identical. The difference is finish only — anodized aluminum or a powder coated black finish.
