Concept and feasibility
The problem. Most concepts fail on a detail the factory spots in an hour and the brand discovers in month four.
How we handle it. Our R&D team reviews the concept against the pump, motor, sealing and UV modules we already build and says what is possible before money is spent.
Appearance and structure design
The problem. A design that looks right can be impossible to seal to IPX7.
How we handle it. Appearance customisation runs alongside the sealing design so waterproofing is not retrofitted at the end.
Function module customisation
The problem. Mode maps, heating and UV cycles are usually locked by the module supplier.
How we handle it. 50+ patented technologies sit in house, so mode counts, pressure levels, UV timing and heating behaviour are ours to change.
Tooling and pilot run
The problem. Pilot runs expose assembly problems that prototypes never show.
How we handle it. Pilot builds run on the same automatic lines as mass production, on the real tooling.
Mass production and handover
The problem. Quality drifts once a new product leaves the pilot cell.
How we handle it. ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and MDSAP systems govern the transfer, with fixed in-process checks on pressure and frequency.

How is ODM different from OEM here?
OEM changes what is on the outside of a tooled platform. ODM changes the platform: structure, modules, firmware behaviour and tooling.
Who owns the tooling and the design?
Settle this in writing at scheme design stage - it is part of the project agreement, not an afterthought.
What is the realistic timeline for a new platform?
It depends entirely on how much of the structure changes. Bring the concept to us early and we will give you a staged schedule.
