Why is there no direct download link?
Certificates and test reports are issued per model and per market. Sending the wrong file causes customs problems, so we ask which model and market first.
How quickly do you send documents?
Same working day for anything already issued. Message us on WhatsApp during Shanghai business hours for the fastest response.
Can you send drawings or CAD files?
Structural drawings are shared under NDA during an ODM project. Ask on WhatsApp and we will set that up.
Do you provide artwork die lines for our designer?
Yes, packaging die lines for the box, envelope manual and insert card are sent once the platform and kit configuration are confirmed.
