From sample to shipment

The published sequence on the old site is short and specific.

1. Ask for a sample. Samples are available; email Aki.
2. Confirm artwork and quantity. Original tote bags usually start at 1,000 pcs; some materials can go lower.
3. Plan on about 25–35 days after the order is placed.
4. Payment is generally in advance; details are discussed on the order.

If a budget is already set, say so. The published answer is that we try to fit the brief rather than quote past it without comment.
