Do you make profiles to our own drawing
Yes. Send a drawing or a specific requirement and we manufacture to it. We produce samples first for you to inspect and test, and arrange volume production once the sample is approved.
What if we have not fixed the steel grade yet
If the steel grade is not determined by the customer, our engineers can advise an appropriate material based on the application area and the mechanical properties the part has to reach.
Which forming processes do you use for special profiles
Cold drawing, cold rolling, hot extrusion and hot rolling. Profiles can be additionally straightened on automatic presses where the application sets high requirements on straightness and twisting.
Can you supply finished parts rather than semi-finished material
Yes. One stop shopping covers forging or casting, heat treatment, machining and fabrication, which saves time and cost. Our CNC machining centre has a 5 axis machine and can handle big components.
Which materials can you work with
Carbon steel, free cutting steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, aluminium, tool steel, as well as brass and copper alloys.
