Zinc media for advanced electro galvanizing and for cleaning zinc castings with a medium of their own alloy.
Zinc media has two distinct roles. The first is conventional: cleaning and deburring zinc castings with a medium that cannot contaminate them, on exactly the same logic that puts aluminium media on aluminium parts.
The second is as a coating medium in advanced electro galvanizing, where the zinc itself is the point rather than the abrasive action. That application has a different specification and a different economics, and it is worth telling us which one you are running.
