Copper media for cleaning and finishing copper and brass components without introducing a dissimilar metal.
Copper is the least common of the six ranges and the one with the clearest rationale. Electrical contacts, brass fittings and copper components are often specified precisely because of the metal's conductivity or corrosion behaviour, and embedding a different metal in the surface compromises both.
Copper is also soft, so the media is gentle by nature. That suits decorative work and light cleaning, and it means the medium wears faster than a steel one, which should be built into the cost comparison rather than discovered afterwards.
