A sign company carries the installation risk. If a letter arrives with the wrong stud pattern, the wrong depth or a visible weld, the cost falls on them in access equipment and a second visit, not on the fabricator.
That is why we start from drawing understanding rather than from a quotation. Stud layout, return depth, fixing method and the substrate the letters land on are confirmed before fabrication, because those are the four things that turn a correct letter into a wrong delivery.
