A personal health care manufacturer that builds other people's brands
Guangxi Shuya Health Care Products Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 in Nanning, Guangxi, and works almost entirely on an OEM and private label basis. The company imported production equipment from the USA, Italy and Switzerland and operates a standardised production base of 150,000 square metres.
The published product range runs to twelve categories: sanitary napkins and panty liners, baby, adult and pet diapers, baby, feminine and kitchen wet wipes, and personal care washes. All of it is available for private label.
Working on an OEM basis changes what a factory has to be good at. The product matters, but so does keeping a customer's formula and volumes confidential, preparing technical documentation that a different market will accept, and holding a specification steady over years rather than over one order.
