That is what most of our customers buy. The workshop is set up around guide-bushing turning with driven tooling in-cycle, so features are cut in one setup rather than accumulating error across re-fixturing.
Do you supply a measurement record?
Yes, written against the control plan for that part rather than against whatever is convenient to measure. That way incoming inspection confirms what we already found instead of discovering it.
Can you make the mating part as well?
Where a fit matters, yes, and we prefer it. Machining a shaft and its bushing together and checking them as a pair removes the argument about whose tolerance was at fault when the assembly binds.
