Press locked stainless with acid passivation, sized so one person can lift a panel for cleaning.
A grating in a washed-down floor is cleaned as often as the floor is, which changes every decision. Weld beads hold residue, rough galvanized surfaces hold residue, and a panel too heavy to lift one-handed will not be lifted as often as the cleaning schedule assumes.
Press locked stainless removes the weld bead, acid passivation after fabrication restores the passive layer, and panel size is set by what one person can handle rather than by covering the channel in fewest pieces.
