A Yantai steel grating factory that built an export company for custom work
YanTai ShengJingYe has made steel grating since 2010 from an 8000 square metre workshop in Yantai, with one automatic pressure welding line alongside press locking, stamping, laser cutting, framing and surface treatment.
The export company was set up in 2023 specifically to handle the variety that foreign buyers ask for. A domestic order tends to be a quantity of a standard panel; an export order tends to be an opening that was measured on site, a hook that has to match an existing kerb and a coating chosen for a climate we have never seen.
That is why everything here is published with the bar section rather than with adjectives, and why surface treatment sits in the catalogue as a product rather than as a footnote. Steel grating fails at the edges rather than in the middle of the mesh, and the coating decides how many winters a panel survives.
