Magnetic writing surface supply
Painted or ceramic writing steel supplied as coil to board factories, with the grade chosen by expected service life.
Board factories usually make the same product for two very different lifetimes, and the grade decision is where that difference is actually made. We ask how many hours a day the board will be written on before recommending painted or ceramic.
Supply is by coil in widths from 600 mm to 1500 mm, in white, green and black, with plain or gridded faces. Because all the faces sit on the same substrate family, one factory can serve several markets without managing several suppliers.
