Custom pattern printed steel
Printed pattern steel for building decoration, with the pattern developed and applied on the coil line for batch-to-batch consistency.
Custom pattern work starts with a reference: a sample, a photograph or an existing panel. The pattern is developed for the coil line rather than adapted from a sheet process, because the two produce visibly different results.
The commercial reason to do it this way is consistency across an installation. Panels installed side by side are judged against each other, and a coil-applied pattern is the only method that holds across a whole delivery.
