Pattern applied on the coil line is consistent panel to panel, which is the requirement site-applied finishes cannot meet.
Decorative panels are installed adjacent to each other, so the visible quality of an installation is set by consistency across the batch rather than by the quality of any one sheet. A pattern applied on a coil line comes off the same equipment under the same conditions for every metre.
Site-applied or sheet-by-sheet finishes rarely match across a delivery. The mismatch is invisible on a single sample and obvious across a wall, which is the worst possible time to discover it.
Where a project spans more than one coil, tell us at order stage so the coils are produced together rather than months apart. Two coils of the same specification run in different seasons will not match as closely as two run consecutively.
