Beyond supplying equipment we provide engineering design, installation, commissioning and after sales service for complete pumping systems including pumps, drivers, instrumentation and control. That is the difference between buying a pump and buying a system that works when it is switched on.

The document package is the part buyers underestimate until an auditor asks for it. Published items include the General Design Specification, General Arrangement Drawing, Operation and Maintenance Manual, P&I Diagram with parts list, and electrical and pneumatic diagrams with parts lists.

On the qualification side the package covers Design Qualification, Installation Qualification protocols, Operational Qualification protocols and Factory Acceptance Test, along with material test certificates of wetted parts, calibration certificates for critical instruments, and copies of pressure vessel certificates and bought-out item certificates where relevant.

Commercially the terms are straightforward and published: a one year quality guarantee on pumps and pipe fittings, OQ, PQ, certificate of origin, material certificate and test report supplied with the order, and payment by T/T in advance or L/C. Ask for the document list at enquiry stage rather than after the order, because what is in the package affects the price.
