Syringe and catheter components
Barrels, plungers, hubs and catheter fittings moulded to the tolerances that govern glide force and seal integrity.
Glide force is a clinical property, not a manufacturing one. It comes from the fit between barrel and plunger, so it is set by the tool before a single part is molded, and cannot be corrected by adjusting the process afterwards.

Send the 3D data or the drawing with the annual volume and the material. You will get a tooling cost, a sampling schedule and an opinion on anything in the design that will be difficult to mould.
