A Christmas range is one decision made a year in advance. This is how we plan it with you so the shelf date holds.
Every Stage and What Usually Goes Wrong in It
Each stage below exists because it is where seasonal projects normally fail.
Range Selection
The problem: Buyers often pick products one at a time, and the finished range has three hero items and no entry price point.
How we handle it: We lay the ten product families against a price ladder and show where your range has a gap or a duplicate before anything is quoted.
Specification
The problem: Light colour, length and power option are decided too late and end up different across the range.
How we handle it: We fix light colour, length and power for the whole range at once, so products that sit next to each other on a shelf match.
Sampling
The problem: A sample approved on a photograph leads to arguments at production.
How we handle it: We build the sample on the production line and send it for approval with the exact specification written down.
Packaging
The problem: Artwork arrives after production is booked, which delays the whole order.
How we handle it: Packaging artwork is approved in parallel with the sample so it never becomes the reason a container waits.
Production Slot
The problem: The factory season fills up and late orders get whatever capacity is left.
How we handle it: We work backwards from your shelf date and tell you the last slot that still makes it, in writing, before you commit.
Consolidation
The problem: Products from several suppliers arrive in several shipments with several sets of documents.
How we handle it: The whole range is produced in one factory and consolidated into one shipment.
Repeat Orders
The problem: The following year's product does not match the photography from this year.
How we handle it: The production record for your build is kept, so a repeat order can be made to the same specification.
Development and Production in One Company
We have run our own production line since 2014 and kept an R&D team beside it. A change agreed at the drawing stage reaches the line without passing through a third company, which is what makes a single-season timetable realistic.
It also means we can tell you early when something is not reachable. That answer is worth more to a buyer than an agreement that fails in October.

Seasonal Range Planning FAQ
Start from the date the range has to be on the shelf, and work backwards. Send us that date and we will tell you when the decisions have to be made.
Yes. We have produced these families since 2014 and can tell you where a range is missing an entry price point or a hero display item.
That is fine. The same planning applies, and a smaller range is easier to keep consistent.
