Quanzhou Meifu Metal Products Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer with the ability of design and manufacturing of mould, precision Aluminum die casting, Zinc alloy die casting, Magnesium Alloy die casting, machining and surface treatment.
Meifu has devoted us to applying advanced technology into Metal Parts Solution for vehicle, agriculture machine, construction machine, transportation equipment, valve, pump system, household appliance, sport equipment, lamp parts, electronics, sanitary ware parts and other industrial products.
Our factory is covering 5000 square meters with a professional team for products development. We have our independent molding and CNC workshop with 5 sets of CNC machining centers, 5 sets of EDMs, 20 sets of CNC lathes, and more than 30 sets of grinding machines, milling machines and drill machines etc. Our die casting workshop has 10 sets of cold chamber die casting machines from 150T to 1250T and 3 sets of hot chamber die casting machines.
Also we have complete sets of inspection instruments such as Coordinate Measuring Machine, Hardness Tester and Spectrometer etc to ensure the quality of products. We strictly control the quality on each step from design, production to delivery exactly according to ISO9001:2008 Quality standard, all our products can pass RoHs test.
