A Welding PPE Factory In Dahua County Guangxi

Since 2010 we have focused on manufacturing welding safety products. The Guangxi plant was established in May 2017 and now runs cutting, sewing, ironing and inspection lines across two buildings.

More Than Twelve Years In The PPE Field

Our product range covers a full line of leather welding products and flame retardant products: leather work gloves, leather welding jackets, aprons, sleeves, spats, blankets, hoods, cable covers and flame retardant garments.

Guangxi Dahua Mingshun Protective Products Co., Ltd operates the plant at Building 5 and 6, Chengxi Industrial Park in Dahua County, Hechi City, alongside the group companies Guangdong Ming Shun Labour Protective Products Co., Ltd and Gaozhou City Ming Shun Labour Products Co., Ltd.

Customers come from welding, oil and gas, industrial safety, electrical utility and construction, with a focus on North America and Europe.

Cutting Sewing Ironing And Inspection Under One Roof

Every photograph below was taken at our own site. The plant occupies 12,000 m2 of land with more than 3,000 m2 of production space.

Quality

Five Stages Of Inspection Under ISO 9001

Raw Material Inspection

Leather and FR fabric are checked for thickness, grain, colour consistency and defects before cutting.

Cutting Control

Panels are cut to the pattern set for each model, with waste and orientation checked so the leather grain runs correctly.

In-Line Sewing Check

Kevlar thread, stitch density and reinforcement points are checked on the line while the garment is still being built.

Finished Product Inspection

Sizing, closures, snaps, straps and labelling are verified against the model specification.

Packing Inspection

Quantities, size splits, inner packing and carton marks are checked against the order before shipment.

Certifications: ISO 9001 quality management system, with CE, ANSI and AS/NZS conformity on the products that carry it. Model-specific standards include EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 11611, EN 1149-5, IEC 61482-2, NFPA 2112 and ASTM D6413.
