You confirm colour box, inner tray, manual languages and carton marks. We advise on carton size against your freight mode.
Artwork And Proof
Artwork is prepared or adapted from your files and a printed proof is confirmed before the print run.
Packing And Marking
Units are packed with accessories and manuals, and cartons are marked with your own item numbers and barcodes.
Booking And Documents
Shipment is booked by express, air or sea. Invoice, packing list and certificate copies are prepared with the shipment.
What This Covers
- Colour box, white box or plain export carton
- Own barcode and item number on the carton
- Express delivery by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT in three to nine working days
- Air and sea freight with your forwarder or ours
- DDP arrangements on request

How do we start a project
Send a reference product, a sketch or a specification on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm what runs on an existing platform and what needs new tooling.
Are sample fees refundable
Yes. Sample fees are refunded against the subsequent order quantity.
Who owns the design
Design ownership is agreed in the contract before tooling starts, along with specification, packaging, certification scope, quantity and delivery.
Can we inspect during production
Third party and customer inspections can be arranged. Tell us at order confirmation so the production schedule allows for it.
