Most enquiries arrive as a request for a price on a grade the buyer is already using, which answers the wrong question if the current grade is the reason for the enquiry. Telling us the substrate, the finish you have to hand over and the machine you run lets us recommend against the problem rather than against the part number.
A trial quantity through your own machine then settles it. Datasheets compare specifications; a trial compares results, and it takes less time than the correspondence usually does.
