LED channel letters
Illuminated channel letters with metal returns and an acrylic or resin face, CE, RoHS and UL rated LEDs over 40000 hours and a MEAN WELL driver. Trimless, low profile and faux neon versions available.
An illuminated letter fails at its driver long before its LEDs. A headline lamp life of 40000 hours means nothing if the power supply behind it is the cheapest available, which is why the driver brand is specified rather than left as an unnamed component.
Trimless, low profile and faux neon are different constructions, not finishes. Trimless letters hide the return edge for a flush face; low profile reduces depth for shallow fascias; faux neon uses a diffused strip to imitate glass tube without the fragility. Each has a different minimum stroke width, which is the constraint that usually decides the design.
