Zinc, magnesium, brass or copper plate to size and thickness, coated or uncoated, for workshops with their own process.
Most orders are plate alone, going to workshops that already have an exposure unit, an etching line and a process that works. For them the requirement is consistency between deliveries rather than advice, and the failure mode is a batch that behaves differently from the last one.
That is why the coating is applied on a machine under controlled conditions rather than by hand, and why the same specification means the same thing across orders. Send size, thickness, metal and coated or uncoated, and we will quote against it.
