Vane pump cartridge kits and parts
Matched cartridge kits, shafts, seals and body parts that return a worn vane pump to full flow without replacing the housing.
A cartridge kit is the cheapest honest repair for a vane pump. The rotor, cam ring and vanes wear together as a set, so they are lapped and matched as a set here and shipped assembled, ready to drop into the housing that is already bolted to your machine.
Kits cover the 20V to 4535V and 20VQ to 4535VQ frames, the T6 and T7 mobile frames, and the V10, V20, SQP and VTM42 compact frames. Shafts, seal kits and body parts are sold alongside so a shop can finish a rebuild from one order.
