Grid construction does not wait for a supplier to find capacity. Our Pingxiang plant runs automated lines sized for national grid rollouts, and keeps small-batch and non-standard work on the same quality system.

Five porcelain insulator families, one plant, one quality system
From a 70 kN cap-and-pin suspension disc on a transmission tower down to a 10 kN shackle on a service drop, the parts that hold a conductor away from steel all come off the same lines in Pingxiang. That is what lets a utility standardise across voltage levels instead of managing five suppliers.

The insulator is cheap. Everything around its failure is not.
A batch that does not match the string
Mixed coupling sizes stop a stringing crew on the tower. We gauge coupling dimensions rather than eyeball them, and we supply the same 70 kN disc in both 16 mm and 16C couplings so a network can standardise electrically without forcing one coupling on every contractor.
Failures that hide until they are expensive
A pin insulator that punctures instead of flashing over destroys the pin and the crossarm and leaves a fault invisible from the ground. Our P-6T publishes a 95 kV power frequency puncture voltage against a 30 kV wet withstand: it is built to flash over externally first.
Quality that drifts across a long order
Robotic shaping and computer-controlled kiln firing remove the hand-work that causes scatter in porcelain. Sensors feed every step into a central MES and deviations are corrected while the batch is still running, holding defect rates below 0.1 %.
Paperwork that does not match the pallet
Project acceptance is a documentation exercise. Every batch ships with quality certificates, material certificates and test reports, and we support IEC, ANSI, CE and CCC certification applications with the technical data behind them.
Porcelain that arrives cracked
Shockproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion packing designed for insulators, on pallets labelled by type and batch, with door-to-door delivery including customs clearance and real-time tracking.
A supplier who disappears after the invoice
Comprehensive warranty with unconditional replacement or repair of manufacturing defects, engineers sent on site for installation and construction guidance on large projects, and a 24/7 after-sales hotline behind it.

What does Baolifeng actually manufacture?
Porcelain insulators, toughened glass insulators, surge arresters, fuse cutouts and bushings. The range detailed on this site is our porcelain line: suspension discs, pin type, line post, spool and shackle insulators.
Where are the insulators made?
At our own plant in Luxi County Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. Body preparation, forming, firing, cementing, routine load testing and packing all happen on site.
What production capacity do you have?
A yearly production capacity of more than two million insulators, on automated lines sized for national and regional grid construction.
Which markets do you supply?
Products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions, with projects completed across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa, for more than 100 clients.
Can you produce to our drawing?
Yes. We run OEM production to your design and specifications, ODM covering design, production and branding, and small-batch non-standard production under the same quality control as mass production.
